- PERDOSKI members — dermatology and venereology specialists registered in the P2KB system, with access to the member area.
- General public — visitors seeking information on dermatology, doctor listings, and related services.
- Organisational partners — educational institutions, professional associations, and scientific event collaborators.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — text, logos, images, video, and code — belongs to PERDOSKI or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Non-commercial reuse is permitted with attribution. Commercial use requires prior written consent from PERDOSKI.
4. Doctor Finder
The Doctor Finder lists PERDOSKI member dermatologists based on data sourced from the P2KB system. The information shown reflects the state at the time of integration and may change. We recommend that you:
- Verify directly with the healthcare facility or physician before visiting.
- Do not rely on the Doctor Finder as a substitute for a formal medical referral.
- Report inaccurate data via the Contact Us form.
5. E-Consultation
The e-consultation service is provided as educational and general-information support by volunteer PERDOSKI physicians. It is not a substitute for in-person medical consultation and is not intended for emergencies. Users acknowledge that:
- Replies are based on limited information provided by the user.
- No formal doctor-patient relationship is established through this service.
- For diagnosis and treatment, users must visit a healthcare facility in person.
- In emergencies (severe injury, anaphylaxis, etc.) contact the nearest emergency unit or 119 immediately.
6. Member Accounts
Member-area access is performed through the P2KB system. Members are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential, and any activity performed via a member account is deemed to be the member's action. Professional misconduct or misuse may result in immediate suspension of access without notice.
7. User Content
Messages you submit via contact form, e-consultation, or other channels may be retained for service and audit purposes. You represent that your content:
- Is true and not misleading.
- Does not violate third-party rights (privacy, copyright, trademark).
- Does not contain hate speech or any unlawful material.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Accessing or attempting to access systems without authorisation.
- Reverse engineering, mass scraping, or any activity that unreasonably burdens the server.
- Using the service for unauthorised commercial promotion.
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code.
9. Third-Party Links
This site may contain links to third parties (P2KB, journals, sponsors). PERDOSKI is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct of those external sites.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, PERDOSKI is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from use of the site, including losses resulting from medical actions taken based on site information.
11. Changes to Terms
PERDOSKI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of the new effective date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith discussion; if no agreement is reached, it shall be settled in the competent district court of Central Jakarta.
