Bylaws
The PERDOSKI Bylaws (Anggaran Rumah Tangga / ART) serve as the implementing regulations of the Constitution, governing the detailed operational mechanisms of the organization. Below is a summary of each chapter:
Chapter I — Articles 1–8
Membership
Requirements, admission procedures, dues, member rights and obligations, dismissal, and appeals.
Chapter II — Articles 9–16
Organization
Congress held every 3 years. Central Board serves 3-year terms, max 2 periods. Branches require min. 5 members. Complementary Bodies and Kolegium.
Chapter III
Organizational Decisions
Decision-making mechanisms, meeting quorum requirements, and voting procedures.
Chapter IV
Assets
Dues distribution: 40% to the Central Board and 60% to Branches. Asset management and financial accountability.
Chapter V
Organizational Attributes
PERDOSKI's logo, pin, banner, hymn, and march along with regulations for their proper use.
Chapter VI
Satyabhakti Awards
Recognition for member dedication: Wiradharma, Wiratama, Wirasistha, and Wirakrida.
Chapter VII
Amendments and Dissolution
Procedures for bylaws amendments and organizational dissolution, including asset management.
Chapter VIII
Additional Rules
Transitional provisions and matters not explicitly covered elsewhere in the Bylaws.
